Swooping Snitchbugs are Specials, not Ordinaries. You could replace them with a fictional troop type like Mini-Snitches or Snitchgrubs if you want, as long as they aren't too powerful. This also means you'll have to replace those Tuff Snitchbugs with either Swooping or Bumbling Snitchbugs, but you can upgrade them with a project if you want. You really should do some projects, or you'll end up falling behind rather quickly.
Other than that, this looks good.
