Hachi brought this to my attention recently; I know it may have been brought up before, but I was hoping that the member group would be honest enough not to exploit loopholes. I now know that they aren't, and so we have to put more limitations on the game.
From now on, you may not sell resources to Hocotatians for prices lower than that which they have to pay at the Universal Store. This includes exploiting the loophole in similar ways--For example:
-Hocotatian gives Wildlife ally 25 Petals -Wildlife buys Iron piece -Wildlife gives Iron piece to Hocotatian ally
Thus, the Hocotatian basically just paid 25 Petals, the Wildlife price, for that Iron but with a few more steps in the way.
Sorry if this sounds very abrupt, but when folks exploit the rules like this, it makes Hocotatians more powerful than they should be; if we can keep it fair, then we don't have to make (m)any more class adjustments.

What if it's from a mine? For example, I'm selling my aluminum for 15 petals, which is lower then the wildlife and hocotatian price.

Well...that is generally different...the hard thing is just to balance it so that the loophole isn't excessively exploited, mainly while people are still getting all of their resources from the US.

Sorry, didn't think I was really exploiting anything. Well, it's not like I sold anything anyways but still...

Thats not really fair because even though you guys keep rambling on about how it's unfair to wildlife armies, it's actually extremely unfair to Hocotanian armies!

Alright, sorry to bring this up again, but Tinfoilman inadvertently brought this to my attention. The point is not to strictly limit Hocotatians to only getting resources at their Universal Store prices, the point is just to prevent people from working around the system, like in the example I gave you in the topic post. I'll use a recent example to show what would be fair.
1. Norbertk19 (Wildlife) offered an alliance with me (Hocotatian) and promised me some resources if I accepted.
2. I accepted, so he gave me some Bulborbium.
3. I offered the Bulborbium in my store for 20 Petals, the Wildlife price for it.
The main reason this is fair is because I didn't give Norb 20 Petals to buy a Bulborbium for me, he just gave it to me of his own accord. If you want to just give gifts to your allies, that's fine, but if it's in a way that works around the system, then it's a problem.

I doubt that it'll prove to be a problem, the wildlife would have nothing to gain from that deal, but while we are on the topic, could a hocotatian sell laser guns or other advanced tech to wildlifes?

Depends how advanced the tech is. If it's just something like an advanced machine gun, yes, but if it's some sort of computer equipment and stuff like that, probably not. They'll also need to have researched the ammunition.
