Alright, this is almost perfect. However, I would bring up that areas can't be scouted for only 4 days. Your area could be scouted in 8, but all the others will need 10-15 day projects to scout. Sorry. Just change that and adjust your Petals to fit the change, and this will be approved. Good job.
