This is just theoretical but I was wondering. If 40 ordinaries are made in a day, and 4 special are made in a day. Does that mean that no matter what the ordinaries are and the specials in a fight they should kill eachother?
And if the fact that they are equal is true does that mean that you could do a project or something of that sort to turn ordinaries into specials?

Well, theoretically you could, but that wouldn't make much sense. Specials and ordinaries, however, are different. The specials would generally beat ordinaries because of far superior skill. Specials, to my knowledge, are great against massed troops while vulnerable to heavy fire that will bypass their superior durability. So no, it wouldn't REALY be possible to convert troops like that.
