I have been inspired to make a game on proboards. Basically it uses these rules as a framework and edits them extensively, while keeping the same tone. However, instead of being with pikmin, it's based in a Medieval setting and allows you to take control of a large army of human (and maybe mythical) soldiers and fight other empires! If its your kinda thing, check it out here: www.emperorwars.proboards.com/Yeah it's in early devolpement, but the rules are up and you can make an application there if it interests you. Just thought that I'd put it here so I could get more members on it.

I like it so far except a list of usable troops should be compiled for ease of use.
And also the coin system is a good idea but it seems like there is always a lack of coins.
Also the list of usable materials should enlarged, when I signup I am sure we can brainstorm some more mythological materials and such. I will sign up soon and will be glad to help you as I am pretty good with mythology and such. A small amount of beginning material would be useful like we do with iron, such as bronze or copper.
And also I believe that the steel mine costs should be posted. And I like the blending of materials to create stuff.

Steel is not a natural metal. Therefore, you can't mine for steel. You have to mine for iron and coal and make them steel.
I'm also just designing the preliminary stages right now, so it'll get better...
Oh and the thing is, one day of project costs 500 coins, while one day gives 1,000. So you are just earning your money back every day with two projects.

So what are the limits when it comes to weaponry?
And also how about magic, as in like fireballs and such? Like could I make a staff that shoots fireballs?
Is the max project slots you can have 5 or is that how many engineering places you can build for a max of 7?
And in case you haven't noticed I signed up as nexus.

I said several things.
1)"While magic does not exist in this game, mythical creatures do"
2)"You can construct an Engineer's Academy to make one more slot. You may construct up to two additional ones, making up to five slots."
And also no, there is no limit on troops.
Also I'm editing down the coins to 250 per day of project.

See, even I miss things. And that is after I read the rules, printed them out, reread them. Then made my application and rereread the rules.
I will fix my app the for 250 a day for projects.
EDIT: I was checking out your troops section and you have like 100 troops a day next to each of you ordinary troops, does that mean I could have more or less troops produced a day to make them stronger or weaker?

As long as they were ordinary quality they could be anywhere from 50-like 200 per day, but 100 is just suggested.

So will low production per day effectively factor in during battles to show in the form of better training or would it just be a waste of time to only produce 50 or 75 of each troop per day?

Like with weapons, a 100 per day troop will easily be defeated by a 50 per day troop, but 50 50 per days will be equal to 100 100 per days. It's just a matter of how powerful you want an individual to be.

So there is no power advantage unless you are attacking a force that has less troops that have greater production rates? (100 50 day troops attacking 50 100 day troops)
But in any case the lower troop counts(such as 50) shouldnt they be stronger because you are paying the same price to produce 50 as somebody else may be to produce 200?

No, because they have the same number:power ratio. If you outfit both the exact same they would be even. With less you also have to outfit less, but they're more vulnerable to large attacks that would kill them easily, as there are less. It's a balance.
