This is nothing outrageous, just something that I think should use more time or whatever. Lovethepikmin (End of Day Federation) researched Anti-Jam, which basically makes radar and such impossible to be jammed or bypassed. That took 30 days; considering that it basically makes radar (and its affiliates) omniscient, I think it should take a lot longer or have some sort of extra expense there. It effectively makes espionage impossible except from an extremely long and awkward distance, making even just a 20-day radar the king of town.

I hate to turn it into an arms race sort of thing, but I think the fairest way to do it is to compare amounts. 30 days of anti-jam should cancel 30 days of jam, but if it was 40 days of jamming technology, then it would take more time.
That's just how I see it.
