Hachi suggested that we do either of two things to Requisition:
1. Make Requisition only take 2 days off a project rather than 4.
2. Make achievements be worth a lot less.
I think either one could be good, although mainly number 2. Reason is, Hachi's getting a ton of Requisition all the time, and it's only making it easier for him to get more if attacks keep coming his way. He can instantly finish a 60-day project with just 15 req. I was just going to edit the achievements, but it made sense to ask you folks what you thought first.

how about we implement number 2 once all the battles are cooling down, or else everyone will feel cheated that they didn't get as much as the next guy.

How about we go with 1 and blast 2 out of here, or neither.

I a more inclined to goes towards two since the achievements do give a lot (compared with the regular requisition).

The main problem is Hachi's increased production. It might not be apparent at first, but when you think about it, you'll see just how much of a benefit he's getting. It's allowed him to get every MC and PGC, along with a factory. He's going to be outproducing everybody, which means that most if not all of the others could be left without a chance. That's quite an early victory, and from something that most folks should be getting equally. Hachi himself mentioned the production issue; there's definitely going to be some action taken here.

He's found out how to become a super power. A problem yes but it just happened. From what I think both 1 and 2 will make players have more of an itchy trigger finger but if we go with 2 then we have the posibility of everyone going lordraymond style on each other. A ray-blitz if you will.

Why would people begin to just start attacking one another now? I have no need to go for achievements, and I figure most people aren't necessarily going to attack each other only for requisition. When infinity attacked me, he was just looking for money. Meowzer attacking Hachi was to get revenge. The original point of requisition was originally to get people more inclined to attack. It makes it so that someone who was "only thinking" of attacking someone perhaps be more inclined to do so if it means they could get something back for it. It isn't supposed to be the diving force behind attacking. I don't really think they we even need to lower anything. But if we really NEED to then I say option two as to at least leave the requisition at an even number (more like a 'benchmark'). I purposefully make all my projects in increments of 4 so that my projects don't finish halfway through my updates. Keeping them at four days just seems more optimal to me.

Battle achievements/req. really isn't too much of a problem; I've got no problem with a good reward for battle. It's that the other achievements might give too much req.

Actually, nobody's going to like this, but Hachi just showed me another four achievements he should be getting or is about to get. The req he's getting from these could easily let him finish a 100-day project instantly. So simply enough, I think achievements should either be worth something else or nothing at all. They're quickly getting out of hand, and a lot of it is just because of poorly formulated attacks on Hachi, which are giving him lucky achievements. When the general membergroup can't see them, it's unfair and they've already done a lot of damage. I'd recommend either removing them or making them be worth nothing. Seriously, Hachi's production is going to make him impossible to kill.
This is not intended as a flame, but I think a lot of you folks are being short-sighted.

I'd say we remove them for now and if we ever hit an inactive stall (in terms of lack of battles or lack of interest) we can reintroduce them to provide a spark.

Then we will end up with a cycle of too many battles and then no battles.

What if we made achievements give stuff related to their achievement. EX. Achievement, build 5 tanks get 100 stainless steel. That might be easier to balance and more exiting in terms of gain.

That would make sense. Just nothing related to days as that seems to be the problem.

I'd say we remove them for now and if we ever hit an inactive stall (in terms of lack of battles or lack of interest) we can reintroduce them to provide a spark. That's a decent idea. LTP, you're kinda making things up there. The storm of battles right now is because Hachi ripped off a bunch of armies, and pretty much only lordraymond is attacking just to try to get achievements. Simply enough, we need two things quickly--One, requisition needs to be hampered so it doesn't continue to get out of hand, and two, the damage already done needs to be repaired in some form or another.
