High school...and that's pretty much it. Just work increasing, but considering how important it is, my free time will be cut down considerably. I'll generally be online in the 3:30-6:00 time on weekdays, but probably not anytime else (Weekends are an exception). Unfortunately, this may mean I won't have the time to play the game anymore--So Luftwaffle, our alliance might be terminated. But you can keep the research papers. Anyhow, mods, just try to keep the forum in shape for the rest of the day. You've all been really good about approving applications and helping out.

Man, that sucks... Well it's good that you're managing your time wisely. What classes are really bogging you down?

AP History, mainly. I'm just...really really bad at it.

Haha, I know exactly what you mean! Europe is okay to learn about, so is Eastern Asia, but frickin Africa, Middle East, and South America! Man, I which the Crusades had wiped them all out...
The part I'm mostly failing are the DBQ's and Continuity and Change Over Time essays. Does your teacher go over those at all? Because if they don't, you won't know that hit you as you lie bleeding in a pool of your own misery. Anyways, good luck with maintaining your grade.

I did all three of those type of essay. AP History was a fun class for me, though I only got a 4 on it in the end.

Oh no! Only a 4 out of 5! What is wrong with you! But seriously, only a 4? Whatr you talking 'bout Willis?! A 4 is really good! I mean you need 3 three to pass and around 50% of people who take it don't pass (just a rough number for all of the u.s.). I mean we all aim for a 5 but getting a 4 is exceptional!

The US has a wonky marking system. In Canada, if you get 50% of the test/course/etc. right, you pass! Weird, eh?

Actually that's about right. They have some weird algorithm to determine what the mult. choice is worth and how much the essays are worth... It's just weird but basically you have to do adequate. a 5 is like 90-100 percent, a three is like getting a D on it.

I've always wondered why we didn't go by 20's in percentage increments instead of 10's. It seems to make more sense, and cuts the students one heck of a break.
Biology is the only thing keeping me from making a new army. Its not that I don't understand it, I just suck at sticking with projects. Science Fair is a six month thing here.

AP History? Are we talking about United States, Europe, World, or what? I got a 5 on my AP Euro exam, but US right now is my lowest grade.

Oh, I guess I didn't really think about the fact that there is multipule history, lol. I just assumed World because I'm in it. We used to have Euro but they decided to drop it for World. My guess is WD is in U.S. because I'm pretty sure he is higher in grade than me...

It's AP European. Never had an easy time with any sort of history, and I doubt it's worth trying World or U.S. considering that European is considered the easiest of the three.

Well, I was pretty good at European History, so if you ever want help, just let me know. 1789-1815 is my strong point, but I'm pretty solid with most of it.

I'm good with British and Mediterranean history, if it helps. 1500's and 1900's.
