I am a N00b. My name is Cralag, and I am young and stupid. Here are my N00bish questions.
How exactly do I know if my army is approved for the game?
Is there some time scale to help with my projects?
I'll post more if I have any.

...Now that the new version is starting up, everyone is joining. Figures.
Anywho, I am your fellow n00b, otherwise known as the big kid, so don't trust my answers unless they're confirmed.
I think the mods just post in your army application topic if its approved, saying something like "I approve this application"
Time scale? Well, internal days are six hours each, making one external day four internal ones, if that's what you mean.

What I meant by time scale is figuring out how long my projects take.
Oh, and thanks for the answer to my first question.

Hello, welcome to the forum. I'm the head administrator here.
Most projects don't need to take a specific amount of time. Assuming everything is equal in function, length=strength. This means that a tank taking 30 days to build will beat one that took 20 days to build, assuming that no other factors influence the fight (Surprise, terrain, different weapons, etc).
However, a 100-day tank in a fight with two 50-day ones will win, assuming there are no alterations in circumstances (there are no outside advantages). The reason is, if you use two project slots at once, you can get the 50-day tanks much sooner than the 100-day one, which requires you to block up a project slot for quite a while. So the 100-day tank is higher quality than two 50-day tanks total.
shee wut ah' mean?
Obviously, it's not always that way. A 40-day air-to-air Fighter could get beaten by a 30-day ground-to-air AA Vehicle; the reason is, the Fighter isn't able to do much damage to the AA Vehicle, whereas the vehicle is specifically anti-air, so even though it took less time to build, the AA Vehicle will win.

I see.
So, the longer it takes to build, the more powerful it is(usually).
