Thats a lot of good points, and I know my argument seems low-life and horrible. I respect your point of view as the more reighteous one. However hear me out. First of all, if anyone illegally downloads a game or DVD should kill themselves. I hate the thought of people out there selling illegal copies of games or DVD's for profit, and I actually feel horrible for what happened to that guy. But recently my father got fired from his good paying job and my mother doesn't work. My dad got another job that pays far less what he was getting before, and so instead of buying CD's, he decided to start downloading. At first I was disgusted like you, thinking that my father is one of those guys who ripps off all those other companies. However now we have music that we would've bought before when we had the money, but for free. Our arguing is pointless as I don't believe one can suade the other but I respect your decision so lets just drop it. Already covered in the article: Games/music/DVD's are too expensive. I wouldn't mind a top of the range sports car (among countless other desirable items), but I'm not going to steal one just because I can't afford it. You either think they are worth the asking price, or they aren't. Such entertainment is a luxury, not a right.Still, if you aren't going to budge, I won't push it.

Like I said, I understand your point. Im not going to steal a car, however maybe a bike No, Im kidding. I don't know why I won't budge really. I know its illegal and I know if i had to buy all my music again I wouldn't really care, but for some unexplainable reason Im still going to do it....

Mostly metal, some alternative and ska. A lot of videogame soundtracks. I didn't know you were into metal, Luftwaffle. I thought I was the only one who liked that sort of thing around here. Also Rocky why do you listen to all this generic scene garbage. Seriously, man. I listen to video game music too, and some OSTs from shows and stuff. We actually have surprisingly similar tastes. I have some Pendulum and I plan to get some Pantera from my friend. Do you listen to Rammstein? EDIT: As far as the pirating stuff goes, good for you WD. You're one of the good people. Unfortunately, that won't stop anyone else from doing so. Now, shall we get on topic? This seems to have turned into a thread about argueing over piracy.

<.< I've been listening to things from the Gyakuten Saiban Apellate Project. It's really good. (In other words, Phoenix Wright Remixes)
