How is everyone likeing the new version? Its been about a hundred-fifty days for most of us, and I think we should be able to say if we like this better than V.2 or V.1 (For those of you that were here).

I remember swearing in a language that no one understands here. But thanks. [SPOILERS] Nobody cares

Dose my pointing it out make up for it? Or dose that make me annoying....
Wait, The topic. So, yes or no to the version.

Well, comparing ruleset to ruleset, this one is more developed. I'll miss the specialty bases though.

I don't know why but I think version 1 was the best with number 2 just slightly behind.

Those were never in any version, it was just suggested for this one but nobody besides us and a few others wanted to figure out how to balance them, so they weren't put in. I wish they could have stayed, too.

I thought the 1st version was the best. We had all kinds of units and creations, and you'd have thought that it was a mad scientist's lab in here. Also, we had several very powerful players, and it was tremendous fun to unite all your allies in a defense against one of them. We also laid down several of the more important foundations and threads in that time. I believe the Approval Center was one of my ideas in that time, but I don't know who gave the WD the idea for Nonsense.

I agree Petrosain. Those are the reasons I liked it the most. Also strangly I liked it when ammo was limited.

I thought the 1st version was the best. We had all kinds of units and creations, and you'd have thought that it was a mad scientist's lab in here. I fail to see how this version doesn't. I've been listening to Norbert's ideas and schemes for quite a while, and they trump pretty much anything I've seen in any version. I'd tell about some of them if he wasn't probably going to whip everybody with them. There have been very powerful players in every version, and I think your second point is a flaw in the system itself. "All your allies" on "One" of them. It's hard enough to prevent ganging up with one ally per player allowed... Nobody did. Later on, I found out what a nuisance it was and made a poll to get rid of it, but exactly half the forum wanted it there so I refrained from getting rid of it.

Perhaps the fun of it being the first time? That might be it.

I wouldn't be surprised. Though perhaps it was simply the later complications of this version that made it seem less fun.
By the way, where did you get that large Dark Templar icon? I'd like a bigger Marine one.

You can just enlarge the pixel numbers for height and width. Just ensure that the ratio is correct.
