Skinners and compilers. Anyone out there know how to skin and/or compile for the source engine. I've been meaning to make some custom models for Day of Defeat: Source and maybe TF2, but I need someone to skin them, as I can't make a texture for my life. I can provide the model, the animations, and maybe toy with the sounds and compiling, but I really need a skinner. Anyone out there know how to skin/would like to learn how to skin/even know what I'm talking about?

As in, I make a model, then import it to the game, and it replaces a weapon in-game without effecting gameplay. As I said, it would probably be mostly for DOD:S, as I like my TF2 mostly skin-free.
