Flaming Warrriors Assault on Dweevil Lunatics

They had burrowing snarrows patrolling the perimeter of the base, watching for an attack at all times. Today was the day their usual boring task was about to get exciting.
“Look! Over there! It’s an invading enemy army! And it’s
huge”
“Where are they coming from?”
“They’re moving toward the southern entrance.”
“All units, guard the southern entrance!”
The burrowing snarrows rushed over to the wall. Mamutas hurled bomb rocks at the enemy flying units, knocking them out of the sky. The Flaming Warriors’ ground units were getting choked out by the poison generator, but they kept at it. Finally the wall and the generator were brought down, but not without significant casualties on the Warriors’ side. This was when the real battle began.
The Warriors’ burrowing snydra began picking up pieces of the wall and throwing them at the Man-at-Legs. The enemy super fired back with lasers, while the Mamutas threw Bomb Rocks at the Snydra as well. With a blood-curdling screech, one of the snydra’s heads was knocked off.
Bulbmin from the Lunatics were swarming the enemy goolixes, annihilating the watery foes. Meanwhile, decorated cannon beetles of the Warriors overwhelmed the Gatling Groinks with their superior range.
On the front lines, the Warriors were being pushed back. With superior numbers, the enemy was able to nearly halt the enemy advance. However, a lone whiskapillar would eventually turn the tides of the battle.
As the MAL fired upon the snydra, lunatic dweevils joined in. Down a head, the snydra was not as fighting fit as before, and the enemy, focusing on the snydra, was sure they could bring it down.
The snydra quickly dug underground, opening a major avenue of attack for the Lunatics.
Lunatic units guarding the northern entrance had long since abandoned their post to aid their comrades, and the battle was turning in their favor. Thanks to their valiant bulbmin, the goolixes were all but defeated, and the bumbling snitchbugs couldn’t drop the troops into them. The mamutas were turning out to be quite a threat, but the Warriors were doing all they could to keep them under control.
Careening Diribugs swarmed the enemy Rockerwraiths, destroying them all almost instantly. With this threat neutralized, they turned to attack the Mamutas, who had already claimed many among their number.
“CA-CAW!” Unexpectedly, the Warriors’ burrowing snydra reappeared under the Man-at-Legs, now with four heads once again. It grabbed the Man-at-Legs and tossed it into the Lunatics’ troops, finishing off the powerful super. The snydra roared, now knowing that it was in a position of extreme power.
The Lunatics focused all firepower on the snydra, severing one of its heads once again. They were confident they could still win the day. Caustic Dweevils corroded its base, and Mamutas assaulted the heads. The super was doing all it could to stay alive.
A lone whiskapillar finally reached its destination- the enemy ammunitions storage. Knowing the importance of what it was about to do, it crawled over to a bomb rock and activated it, before quickly digging underground. The Ammunitions Storage was lost in a brilliant explosion that proved devastating for the Lunatics. With the enemy troops closing in, they were unable to defend against them and the snydra. The last of the Lunatics devoted their last actions to destroy the enemy snydra. And in their dying mission, they were successful. But the ultimate victory lied with the Flaming Warriors who had defeated their foes: the Dweevil Lunatics.
The Warriors quickly stole what could be taken from the base. The hopped around joyously as they killed off any survivors they could see. They laughed and joked as they pillaged. They also destroyed a petal gathering center that they refused to leave standing. Finally, they decided their mission was done and returned home.
Emerging from the rubble as the celebratory Warriors joyously galloped to their base were several dweevils, bulbmin, and burrowing snarrows. They had survived the assault.

Victory came at a high cost, but man did it pay off in loot! That whiskapillar thing definitely won you the day. Also, the snydra beat the MAL by 55 days, nearly 2 times as strong.
