well we were completely in the dark about the bulborbian empire, but I like the writing style, but 2 questions for Hachi, 1. would burying bombrocks really help against underground troops? I seriously doubt that it would even moderatly damage the number of troops I sent. 2. Are the white pikmin in the tower for warning your troops about their doom? Because there's not much else they can do from the top of a tower. and even if they could, the only defense to an underground attack would be to send troops down, or to wait until they burrow up.

Buried bomb rocks are for all creatures, digging or not. I had hoped for the Puffstool to take some of those makeshift mines.
Yes, White Pikmin are to spot digging foes. Maybe they can't do much, but I doubt Glint Beetles pose any kind of threat besides theft.
Norbertk, when can we expect the next update?

So far it just seems like my puffstool is running around being curious.

Your Puffstool just took control of some Bulbmin. Isn't that good?

It is but it seems that it only did it once. Other times it is being described, it is wandering around being curious.

well maybe it was on it's way and got distracted
(and the glint beetles are an extra distraction force, drawing the attention of your pikmin while my other soldiers are devouring them)

There's only two times where it was described as curious.
1. Looking at the lump of rock that was really an Emperor Bulblax.
2. Wondering what creature was roaring behind it (The Emperor Bulblax).
So, your Puffstool is doing decently.

Part 2: The puffstool knew he was doomed. He was being tailed by and emperor bulblax and 9000 dwarf bulborbs and the 1000 mushroom min wouldn’t last long so it had an idea. The puffstool suddenly started to release spores at an alarming rate. Although the spores have no effect on bulborbs the spore made it almost impossible to see the puffstool. The bulborbs and the custodian catapult had no idea where the ouffstool ran and the custodian catapult accidently shot some bulborbs in the confusion. The puffstool ran as fast as it can toward the lake.
With the puffstool making spores the Navel Kingdom’s sheargrubs and the Tikigrub’s honey whips and shearwigs found it the perfect opportunity to do a bombing run on the base. The white pikmin at the watchtower quickly found out about the bombers and told all the onions to start intercept them. The onions quickly found out and killed the bombers but unluckily for the Planet Protectors the bombers still drooped most of their load. The large eggs the honey wisps were carrying contained goolixs and they dropped them on the mamutas but the goolixs were largely out numbered and the mamutas threw bomb rocks at the goolix’s nuclei. The Navel kingdom’s shearwigs dropped bombs on the custodian catapults but with the low amount of shearwigs the bombs didn’t do much harm but it damaged the custodian catapults and the orange pikmin had to fix them but it only took about 10 minutes. The Tikigrub bomber’s shearwigs dropped mities on the custodian catupults while they were being fixed causing all of the pikmin to scatter but the antennae bettles quickly arrived to stop the madness and the pikmin and antennae beetles started to have revenge on the mities.
Meanwhile at the front of the Planet protector’s base the Tikigrub bomber’s Hermit crawmads and armoured crawmads were trying to cross the lake but the Planet protector reused their old trick and had bulbmin grab copper and use it to connect the electro nodes to the water. The armoured crawmads quickly retreated to their shells and it made them immune to the electricity but the hermit crawmads did not share the same leisure and they tried to run across the lake as fast as possible. Some died in this attempt but about half lived. While this was happening the Tikigrub bomber’s glint beetles, flint beetles, doodlebugs, sheargrubs and burrowing crawmads were digging under the water to the base.
End of Part 2.
Tell me if you have any problems with it.
