Now we wait for you all's inevitable defeat! But on serious note, we wait for WD to write up the battle.

Hachi used a...smiley?
It's the freakin' apocalypse.
Anyhow, I'll get this thing up as soon as possible, which means 99/100, it'll be today.

Wait, no, forget it. Petrosian sent his captain Alexei, but his troops left before he even got the captain. This is impossible, and I'm not writing this while there's some mistake going on.
Additionally, I'm making a warning to you, Petrosian/Hockey Elemental, to stop bending the rules and testing my patience at the same time. Practically all I hear from you is "But this could be exploited as a loophole". "But somebody could just do this". "But this is flawed". Next, you seem to exploit these loopholes yourself (For example, you pointed out a problem with Hocotatians allying with Wildlifes and then abruptly did so yourself). A lot of projects in the last version were also right on the fringe of god-modding, but not quite enough to call god-mod on. And it seems like you're always just pushing the rules a little farther, a little farther, maybe you can get away with this, maybe you can push it just this much, and so on. I and apparently most of the other mods/members are sick of it. I don't really know exactly how to put this, so...quit it.

I think I see the problem. As of today, most Hocotatian armies get their Captains. A compromise could work. Petrosian's troops are delayed 8 in-game day for the Captain to catch up, and my army log advances 8 days.
I'm sure Petrosian just had an oversight on his captain not being ready yet.

But you were going to advance 8 days anyway for them to reach your base, right? So that would make 16 days total for you.

And on later battles, I won't be going back for exceptions or whatever, I'll probably just write them without whatever unit isn't supposed to be there.

By the way, if you say it's not rule-breaking when I do what I said, I do it. It's not rule-breaking, and you said so. Could you please just be final in your decisions?

Oh, sure, some things may not be rulebreaking; however, that doesn't always mean that they should be done. For example, posting pornography is against the rules, of course. So what if somebody posted an image that was the closest thing to being porn, but just not quite? It still wouldn't belong on the forum, in the same way that a lot of these near-god-mod projects don't belong in the game. I can understand a few--A lot of us have some that seem just a little overpowered, but not that much--But you seem to have set this line down that divides projects into one of two categories: Safe, and God-mod. There is no midtone, it's just one or the other, and a lot more seems to fit in the Safe zone than the God-Mod area.
Also, occasionally I have a lot of stuff to look over, and can only glance over it to get an idea for what it does/what its potential is/etc. Only later will somebody bring it to attention or I'll end up reading the whole description. Also, sometimes folks will bring it up in a way that shows a dangerous loophole, and since you seem to exploit those at any turn you can, it needs to be stopped.
Anyway, I'll get working on this today.

Scarlet Confederacy & Scavenging Scoundrels vs. Planet Protectors Raid #1
====================
Mikhail carefully gathered his Pikmin in ranks behind some old, rotted trees nearby the great lake of the Distant Spring. "Now, you all recall the plans we discussed earlier, correct?" The Pikmin nodded their heads. "And you, as well," he spoke to the Scavenging Scoundrels' troops, "Know what you've been commanded to do, as you're more familiar with this foreign planet. Am I correct?" The Scavenging Scoundrels bobbed their heads up and down in confirmation. "Good. Now, move out and commence the attack!"
Thirty Whiskerflies zoomed out over the waters of the Distant Spring, armed with berry bombs. With several crashes, the base of the Planet Protectors came under attack. They had been taken by surprise, and weren't entirely ready for an assault. However, their instincts instantly kicked into action. Not knowing the enemies' intent, only knowing that they were enemies, the Mamutas quickly armed themselves with recently-researched bomb rocks and hurled them up at the Whiskerflies with their powerful arms. Several were knocked down by the large projectiles, and blown to pieces as the bomb rocks landed next to them and detonated. Outnumbered three to one by the Mamutas, the Whiskerflies went down before long without having done much damage.
Mikhail, disappointed by the results, quickly moved onto the next part of his plans. 200 White and Yellow Pikmin each moved out with the rest of the Scavenging Scoundrels' troops, which was composed of Breadbugs and Ravenous Whiskerpillars. Mikhail pleasingly watched as they rapidly moved into the water--And then suddenly began splashing around, spluttering and screeching. Pikmin had never been good swimmers, and the Ravenous Whiskerpillars couldn't hold their heads up high enough to go above the water level. Screaming and doing all they could to get to the sweet Oxygen, some of the Whiskerpillars made it back along with the Breadbugs, but the Pikmin seemed to be controlled by another force, even though Mikhail was doing all he could to whistle them out of the water.
The Planet Protectors had observed what was going on, and had sent their Antenna Beetles out to command the Pikmin to stay in the water. The Antenna Beetles could just barely keep their heads above the water, like the Breadbugs, and were taking great pleasure in their actions.
Meanwhile, Muta, the Elder, had been roused by the commotion and was standing near the shore of the base. Realizing who had attacked them, the people from the planet he so despised, he raised his voice among the Antenna Beetles' whistling dirge, "Rise, my children! Now is the chance to prove your worth! Drive back the alien scum! We must be victorious!" A war cry rose up from the troops as well, and Swooping Snitchbugs along with Mamutas trotted out above the water level to assault the foes. The Swooping Snitchbugs were also armed with dangerous bomb rocks. "You dolts!" Mikhail seethed, "Fire! Kill every one of them! Even if we can't steal what they have, we can still massacre them all!" The White Pikmin of the Scarlet Confederacy began firing darts at the Mamutas and Snitchbugs charging towards them. Harsh darts zipped out of the iron blowguns, some finding marks, others hitting the water and washing away. Mamutas and Snitchbugs fell along their charge, but driven on by hate and passion against the Hocotatian invaders, it wasn't long before they were right up in the attacking zone.
Red, Yellow and Orange Pikmin charged up in organized ranks to take on the foes while White Pikmin stayed behind to continue firing on invaders. Mamutas smashed their fists down on the attackers, planting them in the ground with squeals of pain, though some were brought down by massive numbers of the enemies. Swooping Snitchbugs zoomed overhead, hurling bomb rocks down on the White Pikmin and Mikhail, who was still next to them. In the confusion and splattering of blood, the Bumbling Snitchbugs zoomed down, and one grabbed Mikhail. In absolute terror for their leader, the White Pikmin turned the Snitchbug into a pincushion with their darts, but in its last breath before death, the Snitchbug hurled the general into a tree, who then crumpled to the ground.
This drove the Scarlet Confederacy's Pikmin into a panic. Seeing their leader wounded, they broke rank and ran, squealing in horror. Some of the Whites grabbed Mikhail and rushed him away with them. The attack had been driven off, and with superior plans, the Planet Protectors had indeed protected themselves and their pride.

The thing was, the Distant Spring is watery, and you couldn't even reach the Smoky Progg location without crossing water. I had wondered how Petrosian was going to attack without Blue Pikmin.

Good thinking, Oliby. I picked my base for a couple of strategic purposes as well. And well written, WD. I like how it was over and done with quick, not dragging on and taking a while.
