So, are trade routes only for trade with other people, while transports are for transportation amongst your bases?

I like the idea so far, but I would like to keep the Minor Events. It'll be more predictable, every Sunday something will happen and there will be a forecast for what would happen. It could be used to create condition that can hinder trade/transport.

It could be used to create condition that can hinder trade/transport. That's an interesting idea, but it might make trading really hard to keep track of. For example, every time you traded or transported, you would have to check the topic to see if something would make it faster/slower.

No, Water Dumple, I think you have a point there. Having to check every time could be a big problem. I think it shouldn't effect any transport/trade already in movement, only the one that hasn't started.

Hmm. I like the idea of weekly conditions effecting travel. It would only effect those that haven't left yet, though, as otherwise it would be very confusing.

In that case, anything to add then? I guess we'll need a map for Pikmin 1 then. Yup. That's the large problem we still haven't solved. I might be mistaken, but isn't there a ship part in Pikmin 1 called the Whimsical Radar? Doesn't it let you look at the whole outline of the level? If anyone has the part and all of the areas accessible in the game, we could use that.
