You see I want to keep how I do the plans a secret but I'll tell you what I'd do.
Step 1: flood Hachi's base.
Step 2:Make my troops enter my cannering-drgibug ballons. I'll cover the balons in my pikminite amour. I'll put the ballons in the hauls of my ships so when they sink my troops will roam around the bottom of the lake and eventually rise up and hijack his catupults.
Sorry but I won't say how I'd flood your base so I can use that plan for another war.

A little strange. I can't imagine how any troops can get inside a balloon without popping it or break out of one if its covered in metal.
Not to mention, if you break out of the balloon while at the bottom of the lake, you'll drown.
But imaginative. I would have never thought of using Dirigbug balloons as a disguise/equipment.

Actually the ballons would slowly raise to the top because they're ballons.

True, but balloons floating on the water aren't exactly unnoticeable, especially not Dirigibug balloons.
Oh, and I have to say that your plan for flooding was brilliant. It was such an imaginative twist to the normal ambush plans. It would have been the best maneuver of this war, just as the explode the ammo dump plan was in the first Pikmin War.

Well, the troops would most likely be able to float to the top before drowning, by holding their breaths. So they'd just try to roll the balloons around to where they needed to go and then burst them to get out. And, HOW we were gonna try to flood the base is most of the ingenuity--All Norbert's idea, by the way--But I guess if he doesn't want to tell about it, I ought not to either.

I just don't want people to attempt to copy it. It'll get annoying seeing as my new base could be a pontential target.

True. And mine as well! The beautiful, sun-filled streams of the Awakening Wood will hopefully house a powerful naval base of mine in the future. Pleasant, but dangerous!

Does it happen to use anything that is easily countered by White Pikmin looking underground?

If I had to guess it would be digging a tunnel underground from your base to the lake and then somehow blowing the water down the tunnel.

Or started?

No, nobody had the time to write it and it was holding up the next version, as we had a bunch of semantics to get through and all that. I'll honestly say that after seeing Norbert's one or two thousand sneaky tricks, I would expect him to win, but of course he was fighting Hachi, so only one or two tricks would probably work due to all of Hachi's seemingly crazy yet quite necessary defense schemes. It's hard to say who'd have won, although if they both had equal plans Norbert would probably lose since he only has 50% of Hachi's forces.
