What happens to a goolix when it is near- not in- a hi explosive blast? would it explode, or just jiggle? is it considered a gel or liquid? in humans- and ultimately pikmin- a high explosive blast turns your eighty-something percent water content into a hydraulic bomb, exploding you from the inside out.

Goolixes get splattered everywhere.

1. Where does it say Pikmin have an anatomy similar to humans?
2. Do you mean hydraulic or hydrogen?

It would get splattered everywhere, as Joe said. If it was only hit by a weak one, or just the edge of the blast radius of a larger one, it would just lose some of its gel mass, since some of it would splatter off.

1. Where does it say Pikmin have an anatomy similar to humans? 2. Do you mean hydraulic or hydrogen? 1. despite the lack of advanced cardio system, they still have water inside them. 2. hydraulic. sort of like a pipe exploding. And can someone please look at the approval center?

All carbon based life has water inside it. It doesn't mean it is a significant amount. Even so, we don't even know if Pikmin are Carbon based life. The physical make-up of Earth could have massively changed by the time the game takes place.
