Hachi I was thinking if it was too over powering due to it having so many launchers as it is supposed to have so many.

Would this be a God-Mod?
100 Pik-drones (Small drones that look like red pikmin except one of their hands is a SMG. They are not counted in troop count and can be used instead of troops however there must be a control tower in range either base or mobile) 32 days 100 iron or steel
Control tower (controls drones at base) 200 iron 32 days
Mobile control tower (a small truck that can can control drones outside of base. KEEP WELL GUARDED!!!) 16 days 100 iron

Hmm...seems alright, but they would need to have very weak armor (since you're spending one resource per entire drone, when individual weapons often cost that much).
What is the range of the tower and truck?

Tower is for the entire base truck is about 1/2 the range.
EDIT: I suppose I should make them with 200 iron or steel then.

Name: Silous the Firebringer Type: Super Species: Fiery Lacitra Immunities: Fire Resistances: Electricity, Blunt force Weaknesses: Poison, Water Vulnerabilities: Ice Description: Crimson in color with golden eyes. Normal Lacitra build, legs, tail, etc. Can breathe fire by combining different elements before shooting them out of its mouth where it catchs alight once it reaches enough air.
So is this good for a super or too over powered?

Well, I've looked around at a few peoples tech sections, and I was wondering if I could change the 40 days I spent on the poison gas and take 10 days from that to use on something else. I've noticed I've been over-researching some stuff, because WaterDumples Napalm just took 20 days, and poison gas isn't even as deadly.

You can't change the time now; it's too late for that. Unless you haven't finished it yet, that is.
The idea here is that length = strength. Your 40 day gas will beat Dumple's 20 day napalm because it's twice as long. Doesn't matter whether napalm is better or worse in RL.

Well, they do have different effects. I mainly used napalm as a nicer, more descriptive word than "fire research". For instance, his poison would probably kill Bulborbs, but my napalm would be better against Gatling Groinks.
Also, the more you research ammunition, the more effective it is--Significantly so.

Two custom units:
1. Desert Scrub Stalker (30 days)
This is the CC upgrade I'm doing right now. Basically, they will be a little smaller, have appearance changes, and thicker hides. This makes them more resistant to physical attacks and fire (in contrast to being weak originally), and because of its poor water content, water attacks are absorbed. They heal it and cause it to grow, but the more it bloats with water, the weaker it is to electricity. Kinda like a cactus: greedily takes in water, but explodes (though rather harmlessly) when struck by lightning.
2. Assassin Snitchbug (30 days)
This is the more important one. My upgrades will make it faster, darker, and give it powerful claws, but also a disappearing ability. Basically, while flying quickly (faster done than said), they can dissolve into black streaks, which disappear. Two seconds later, it reforms and zooms back into reality. However, it also has poor defense, meaning if something grabs it, it's over.
It's the disappearing I'm concerned with. This makes it intangible, but only for two seconds, and it can't attack. It will also be limited to traveling about the length of two Red Bulborbs and cannot go through walls unless there is an opening that it can travel through normally. A cool-down time of 5-10 seconds might also help.
However, I'm thinking 40 days might be better than 30, too.

For the first one, I'd just make a new troop type out of this, giving it armor for the thicker hides/fire immunity (pikmite works well here) and make the water absorption a unique feature of the species. I think this works better than the upgrade.
For the second one, same idea. If it's a unique troop type (and a special, I'd assume), a 40 day project for disappearing should be good.

Well, I'm trying to avoid buying/consuming resources at this point, at least until my first PCC is up and running. If I removed the fire weakness and just considered it immune to desert conditions, would that be fine?

If you wanna make desert-savvy Creeping Crysanthemums, that doesn't even take a project. It's the defense boosters that would take a project, and in general, defense boost is done with armor, not biological upgrades.
You strapped for cash? You can do a project for resources, free of any petal cost. That's what I do when my petal reserves run low. Check the universal store for project times.

Power Tech (40 days)- Gives the ability to build Powerfists and Power armor. Also outfits Artificer suits with both.
Powerfist (1 day)(1 stainless steel)- Utilizes power technology to unleash deadly force. When the fist hits, sensors trigger motors in the upper portion to produce a pulse strong enough to break tank armor and turn fleshy targets to mush. However it is so heavy that it can only be used by purple pikmin and this makes it one of the slowest weapons.
Power Armor (1 day) (2stainless steel)- Uses the same technology as the powerfist but in a different way. When an enemy projectile or melee weapon is about to hit it, motors all over it trigger, unleashing a pulse to deflect the hostile weapon. It is too heavy for all but purple pikmin to use however, and the electronics will short out if large amounts of water hit it. The motors will also short out if hit by a large enough electric shock, which will kill the user very easily. head is left partially unprotected.

The armor is approved.
