Even so, planes are so fragile that one of your Pikmin could probably destroy it in 5 minutes. It also attacks twice as fast, can blind troops, and is essentially immune to projectiles? No way, Jose.

Is this a joke? Whites are already outlined on Bulbmin's chart. Forgot to put in that it's a mutant version, must be upgraded.

I need approval for a series of projects.
Aerial War Machine
Mecha Onion Mk. I
Project Time: 100 Days
It's a mechanical version of a Pikmin onion. It can't produce more Pikmin, but it can trnasport any colour of existing Pikmin. It's pretty durable, but its only method of offence is sucking enemies up and banging them against its armour.
I will upgrade this to:
Aerial War Machine
Mecha Onion Mk. II
Upgrade Time: 50 Days
Same as the Mecha Onion Mk. II, but faster with better defence. It has 3 laser blasters, one above each leg. They can swivel to attack and work similar to Man-At-Legs' laser cannon, but about 2/3 as strong.
And the final upgrade:
Aerial War Bio-Machine
Mecha Onion Mk. III
Upgrade Time: 50 Days
Requires: Sample of Onion DNA
The strongest Mecha Onion. It looks similar to whatever colour of Onion DNA was used to upgrade it. So if Yellow Onion DNA was used, it looks like a Yellow Onion with mechanical parts. Since it's partly organic, it has limited self repair abilities - damaged parts grow back over time. It loses the ability to carry all colours of Pikmin, and can now only carry Pikmin of the type it is attuned to. However, it can absorb the fallen bodies of enemies and allies to create more pIkmin of that colour, like a real Onion. In addition, the blasters change from generic laser blasters to special guns that have different properties depending on the type of Onion DNA used. So if Red Onion DNA was used, the guns would launch powerful blasts of fire. If Orange Onion DNA was used, the guns would fire on firendly machines to increase their defence and repair them.

Will your Onion be carrying 100 Pikmin or will it be higher? The only thing would be that the Onion can't produce as much Pikmin compared to the Pikmin game Onion.

Higher, if that's alright. Only 100 would make it kinda useless...

The Onion would be a 200 day project in the end. What do you envision your Onion carrying? How about 1,000 Pikmin?

No. All you'd have to do would be to put about 1,000 of them in your army, then in a battle, have them split up and dash for the enemy. Because you said that they dodge projectiles effortlessly, that wouldn't be a problem. They could also just jump over walls, since you said they could jump high. Then, when each one gets there, it makes a light flash and blinds a group of enemy troops. The others do the same, and the enemy army is practically incapacitated.

Blowhogs and close attackers mutilate them due to poor balance and vitality.

But the flashes could still be easily exploited. Heck, if they're expert dodgers, a single gust of wind in a certain area could be easily dodged. And 1,000 was sort of a base number. Later on in the game, it could be 3,000 or many more.

Um, I want to do an upgrade to my Megaphone that will give it the properties of the Pluckaphone(In basic, allow my general to call out planted Pikmin). Is it OK, and if so, How long should it be?
Also, I'm making a stash of Ultra Spicy Berries and I want to do a project to turn them into spicy spray(same effect from the games). How long should it be and how many should I get a day?

30 days for the Megaphone upgrade. Good idea.
And for the berries, a 20-day project gets one berry, which takes another 20-day project to be made into a spray. It's, uh, a really large berry.

Pikmin patroler ( a light plane made from alluninum. Uses pikmin [copiloits, piolets, and a gunner] to drop down amunition of your choice.) takes 3 pikmin, 50 allunium, and 35 days to make it.
