Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the battle plans supposed to reflect the log of the day war is declared?
EDIT: And meowzer, some of the stuff included in your plans wasn't actually sent. I suggest you change that if you want me to include them at all.

battle plans, I admit my log didn't look like I had one of my projects done, but I added a note saying that I had to leave for work and couldn't update my log immediatly.
I actually had the stuff, I just had not updated my log yet.

Attacking plans are based on what you have when you declare the attack, aka send your troops out. Defending plans are based on what you have when the foes arrive. The 150% limit is also based on what the defending side has when you move out, not when you actually arrive at their base.
