Why not? I'm buying the game anyway, just not for a while...
Besides, this means if it sucks and I hate it, I don't have to buy it. We do pay a lot more than you American folks for games over here, so if I buy a game and I don't like it, it's a lto more money lost. Like when I bought Final Fantasy III for the DS... Or should I say GRINDAN Fantasy III. Man, that was £30 wasted... >_>

Yes, well, I don't know if they're tagging the current-gen roms or not, but do whatever you want. Frankly, I think it should only be done on previous-generation systems, as they're harder to find and most of the time the companies wouldn't even care due to the games being out of print, and I try to put out a similar viewpoint to others.

You don't know how big piracy is, do you?
At least I plan on actually buying the game (if I like it, of course). I know a lot of people who just buy flash carts and download games for their actual DS's. Thousands of people do it, and they don't get caught. Even if they did, it would be terribly inefficient for the company to sue everyone. They would try and shut down the supplier instead.
Besides, I don't feel like wasting £30 on something I don't like... Maybe if Nintendo didn't have such high game prices over here, I would think differently...

That is a Faulty Appeal to the People fallacy; simply because many people do something does not mean that it becomes legal or acceptable for you to do it as well. And, yes, I know that piracy is huge. But I know I'm not going to change your opinion on this, so do whatever you want.

I'm not saying it's legal. I consider it acceptable, though. Why should I have to pay twice as much for games just because I live in a different country? That makes the amount of money possibly wasted much higher. So I'm going to remove that risk. Seems fair.

Oh, this is a sticky thing, huh? I agree with WD that piracy is wrong, yet I know I would get a DS emulator if I had a chance. I don't know how I could hold two opposite ideas at the same time. It's just like 1984.
