Now, most everyone sees that Hocotatians get 150 pikmin per day, while Wildlife armies get 100. That means, if one Hocotatian sends all his troops against one Wildlife army, no allies can help. That's already 150%. I suggest we either use Tiers as I suggested in the past, or change it to 200% to 250%.

Yes, but if the Hocotatian is coming, those will be good troops in terms of coordination. If he sends all of his troops against a Wildlife, that's his fault and nobody else's.

But there shouldn't be a reason for why he shouldn't send all his troops. That's illogical.

Actually, he could send all of his troops if both were on par. But it would be illogical to send all of his troops, because if he sends all his troops he could get wiped out.

Sure, there's a reason. If he sent everything, an Unmarked Spectralid could dart in past any automated defenses and capture the HQ. Bang, there goes your base. Once folks have surveillance tech, it's horribly dangerous to do so.
