Javier is a chivalrous knight. You will only survive his attack because Javier is both masterful and merciful.

That was a good plan, Hachi. Striking while the factories are being built.
Of course, that's why I'm using some of my slots to build war machines and defences.
Well, I wish you luck in your battle. Considering you're one of the best strategists I've ever seen, I'm sure you'll come out on top.

Why a battle this early? Everyone is still settling in.

Why a battle this early? Everyone is still settling in. Gets the gears turning. Besides, resources and Petals are vitally important at the beginning. Raiding people for theirs could be worth it.

Thank you for your well wishes, Bulbmin. I was pondering attacking your army once my Supers were done, but your initial defensive projects were just too good.

I've been stupid. Everyone starts with the same amount of troops, even if I send all my pikmin, meowzer can still send 500.

Does he defend with his allies? I announced the attack before he accepted, and shouldn't that mean that he has no ally at the time of the attack?

Never mind, with Hachi's current troop amount for today's log you can send 4,500 Ordinary troops total. And that's going right up to the bare limit, so if you have war machines or something special you want to send besides troop weapons and such, they can't come. What is needed is not the current troop number, but the troop numbers at the time of the attack. You'll have to recalculate, but meowzer can still send 500 normal troops no matter what, by the way.

Pardon? I don't think you should be telling the head admin how to run his game, Petrosian.

No, the attacking troop cap is what you send relating to what the enemy has exactly when you send your troops to go attack. Arrival time is not a factor. In general, that would make sense because you're already attacking with a larger troop force in terms of general power (Assuming that a Special troop equals 10 Ordinaries).
So, ordinarily I wouldn't even deal with this and would make folks send the exact correct amount, but this attack needs to hurry up so the gears can start turning and I have all the plans I need, so...I'll just get on with it. Just don't forget next time.
