====================
Water Pebbles:
These can we used as ammunition as well as metal. They are completely immune to all water attacks, and won't even move if 100 gallons are dumped on it. They have a strength of 2. As a projectile they spray the target with a little water. 4 days for 100 units.
Tin:
This is supposed to be used as armor, it is completely immune to all electrical attacks and has a strength of 2. It won't weigh the unit down too much since it's fairly light, but it protects the unit a good amount and makes the unit resistant to electrical attacks. 4 days for 100 units.
Titanium:
An 8 day project to get one piece, this substance is extremely strong. It has a strength of 8 and is very light, so it could be made into armor if you had enough time. It would take awhile to whittle it down enough to smash it, so it's best to take it apart piece by piece. It's immune to acid, and is pretty much the best metal around.
Quartz:
At build strength 3, it weighs a lot more then you'd think. It can survive fire, but is weak against water and ice. 4 days for 75 units.
Gold:
Build strength 1, it's resistant to wind. It's very heavy and valuable. 4 days for 50 units.
Silver:
Build strength 2, this is resistant against ice. It looks nice too, but... not as nice as gold. 4 days for 50 units.
Brass:
Build Strength 2, this metal looks like a yellower gold. It crumbles when faced with electrical foes, but is resistant against fire. 4 days for 100 units.
Platinum:
Build strength 2, it looks like silver. It conducts electricity, so if you put a few electric units on it it'll damage non-electric resistant/immune who touch it. Really, though, it's best just for trading--It's extremely rare. 4 days for 25 units.
Clay:
Once made into armor or walls, it will be wet for 10 days slowing down the unit and will have build strength 1. It will also be weak against electricity. Once the 10 days are up, it'll dry and harden, and become build strength 2. It'll become weak against water, but resistant against electricity. 4 days for 100 units.
Wood:
Chopped down from trees, you could probably get 300 of stuff in a 4 day project. To be honest, it isn't strong at all. Use it for building that you really don't care about, like maybe a Recruitment Center. It burns easily, so don't make it a wall. It is build strength 1.
Stone:
Not the strongest stuff in the world, but it'll hold up a building. Good for a back-up wall, maybe. 200 in a 4 day project, this won't burn or be very damaged by spilling water on it. It is build strength 2.
Iron:
Build strength 3, this makes a good wall early on. You may want to replace it with a stronger metal later. It's all-around durable. A 4 day project to find 100 of this stuff. You may also want to put this on early machine or as armor for Super creatures. It's just a good, standard metal.
Coal:
A 4 day project to find 50 of this, it initially is useless. Once you refine it at a 4 day project per 50 coal refined, it becomes build strength 5. It's also fire resistant, but weak against electricity.
Copper:
A 4 day project to find 50 units of this stuff, it is build strength 3. It can be easily electrified for electric fence purposes. Extra effective against water-based units, you could also add water on the metal for a greater effect.
Nickel:
Build strength 3, this is completely fire immune. A 4 day project to find 75 units, it is all-round good, except against puffs of wind/air. A big gust of wind could knock it down, as it's not very heavy.
Cobalt:
At a strength of 3, it has very special properties. It attracts other kinds of metal since it's magnetic, so if a machine made of metal (Not wood or stone) came close enough, it would start to pull towards it. If he goes in the opposite direction, it'll be slowed a little bit, and it'll go a little bit faster if moving towards it. If it makes contact, it'll stick to the wall, and after the battle could be looted if it's still intact. A 4 day project to find 25 units, as it's also somewhat valuable.
Steel:
Just a normal metal. Build strength 4, 4 days for 50 pieces.
Stainless Steel:
This is very special. It takes four days to upgrade 10 units of Steel to Stainless Steel, which has a build strength of 6. Things such as electricity and fire seem to "Wash" off of it, so you pretty much need blunt or straight energy-based attacks to damage it.
Aluminum:
A special metal, it has build strength 2. It could be made into armor, but it isn't recommended. You could also make it a wall, but again, not recommended. Its main purpose is to be made into flying machines. You should put 25 units into a small flying machine. It takes 4 days to get 75 units.
Special H.F. Rocket Metal:
H.F. stands for Hocotate Freight, the company that Olimar and Louie work for. This is a special metal at build strength 7 coated with a special kind of paint that protects it from fire. This can only be gained from a random event.
Tar:
Not really a building metal, but tar is a special substance. 75 mL can be gotten from a 4 day project, which is enough to cover a very small tank or 75 troops. The tar sticks to the units and won't come off, which can suffocate them. Tar also catches on fire easily, which can pretty much render a tank useless if used right.
