To general B. Borbs,
After our initial battle I would like to request a truce for a short amount of time while I clean this planet of the scum Claisen. Much appreciated!

No backup is needed at the moment, as I will only be commencing initial bombings to take out base defence and alert systems. However, assistance will be necessary once the base is sufficiently ruined and must be stormed to recover the petals lost to this vile waterwraith.

To the highly esteemed General B. Borbs,
I thank you quite kindly for your generous donation to the fight for liberty. Revolution, you see, that is the future! REVOLUTION! LIBERTY! The Grand and Glorious Dweevil Federation will know no boundaries! Liberty! Liberty! Liberty!
Unfortunately, our allies at Darkwater Research have fallen under attack. In the name of Revolution, it is the call of the Dweevil Federation to aid our supporters in their time of need. We will be aiding them as much as we can in upcoming conflicts. It is my suggestion, General, that you avoid restricting the advancement of liberty! The advancement of revolution! MAY THE FUTURE BE GRAND AND GLORIOUS! LIBERTY! LIBERTY! LIBERTY!

To General B. Borbs,
As we have had a mutually beneficial commerce in the past, I would like to alert you to something I am in need of, Titanium. It is possible to gather 10 unit of Titanium every 20 days. For each 10 units of Titanium, I will trade you 100 Iron. This will be far more efficient then gathering Iron yourself. I hope to hear from you soon on this matter.
Sincerely, Dr. Korotkoff Claisen

To General B. Borbs,
I am glad that we could reach an satisfactory agreement. Very well, I will give you the option of either 100 Iron or 50 Steel when you are ready to trade.
Sincerely, Dr. Korotkoff Claisen

To the highly esteemed General B. Borbs,
I'm afraid you are quite mistaken. You see, Dr. Claisen seeks only the liberty to learn. Who provides liberty? It is I, General Armand, of the Grand and Glorious Dweevil Federation! You wish freedom? You wish liberty? You wish safety from Dr. Claisen's experiments and my Grand and Glorious marches of liberation? Then I suggest you put yourself behind the mighty army of Liberty! LIBERTY! LIBERTY! LIBERTY! An enemy of Claisen is an enemy of Dweevils! I suggest you take back your harsh accusations.

To the highly esteemed General B. Borbs,
I understand your fears. In times of turmoil, in times of upheaval, we know not toward whom to turn. You fear for your men; that is courageous of you! Here is what you must do to protect them: give them liberty! LIBERTY! LIBERTY! LIBERTY! I know not what will happen, and neither do you, but I can assure you, neither me nor my ally bears you any ill-will. If you fear the outside, do not! You have no affiliation with us! You are not our ally, nor our co-conspirator. You are merely not our enemy. I assure you, that is the safest option.

By the emperor, though your selflessness knows no bounds Commander B. Borbs, we shall not accept these documents for no charge. We shall take the shame of our commercial failure and learn...there will be another day!

To the highly esteemed General B. Borbs,
This news is quite harsh on my ears, I can assure you. You are being poorly treated for your refusal to oppose us? This is blasphemy. In the name of Liberty, the Grand and Glorious Dweevil Federation will not stand for this! How can we be of help?

To the highly esteemed General B. Borbs,
A free market is a market of liberty! Trade restrictions bring nothing but tension and discontent. What is it that you wanted from them? We shall do our best to supply you with better! I know you wish to remain aloof, my dear General, but circumstances sometimes demand that you choose sides. I do not ask you to openly support us, but it seems that you will either have to join them in their march of oppression or fall back on us for aid. I will see to it personally that you shall have the opportunity to buy better than what you have been denied, and if the Kampfgruppe Lehr brings more than economic warfare to you, then we are committed fully to your aid. If, however, you wish to keep out of this situation, you are more than free to do so. If ending trade relatiuons with the Dweevil Federation is what is best for you and your men, do not feel as though you have a responsibility to me.

To the highly esteemed General B. Borbs,
If you wish freedom of trade, then putting yourself on our side is the best way to achieve it; the only way to obtain freedom from these reactionaries is to stick together! LIBERTY LIBERTY LIBERTY! I have obtained 40 day cannonballs from the Floating Freebooters; I know not how these compare to those of the Kampfgruppe Lehr, but they ought to be sufficient for your purposes, especially at their low price; just over an eighth of what you say they demand. They sold to Dr. Claisen and I, so I have the utmost faith in their dedication to freedom of trade. You should have no difficulty procuring the documents. As for the titanium, we accept, and shall hand over the agreed 250 petals for 20 units. MAY LIBERTY NEVER DIE!
