Well, I suppose if they landed in dirt or leaves it they'd be okay, since they're insects. Well, do what you want with it, as it's approved anyway.

50 days for Inner Focus - Troops are always focused on their goals regardless of distractions. Just trying to help here, but wouldn't this one not help you? If their goal was "Walk into enemy base" wouldn't they just keep walking along when they get ambushed by a bunch of Decorated Cannon Beatle? Because the only type of distraction there could be is someone attacking them.

Heat-treatment Center
Allows to strengthen metal by 1 level Up to 4 pieces of metal can be put in for a 4 day period
Example: Iron turns to Steel (because the heat-treatment would actually make a new metal in this case) Example2:Aluminum turns into HT Aluminum(HT Standing for Heat-treated) Note: It is utterly worthless when heat-treating an object stronger than 5.
You can't use that its to high-tech for me because the japaneze used it to make katanas
The only problem I'm trying to find an answer for is: How long?

you could maybe do that to steel to make it stainless steel!

Up to 4 pieces of metal can be put in for a 4 day period No way can it do that much. Maybe one resource in like five (external, OOG) days, but one every (external, OOG) day? I imagine that's way too much.

Ok, I could understand 1 every external day. But 1 every 5 external days? That would make it utter mostly worthless because it would not be able to make items of great worth since I could buy them faster. The point of me making this is so I can save money for other things. I say 2 external days, that would be effective and fair.
And to the stainless steel comment, stainless steel is many times more complex than making steel. So I ,just by heat-treating it, make HT Steel, not Stainless Steel.

metallurgy is not my strong suit, If it were botany, you would not have to correct me

Frankly, I'm opposed to the idea of enhancing building materials at all. That's why I set it so low; save up to buy better resources, that's all I'll tell you. If this is made, I can see it offering a huge loophole in the future.

We used to have quartz. We replaced it with Dumplium.

the reason i asked for quarts is it is piezoelectric and could be used for power generation... and what did quarts have to do with ice resistance? along with obsidian and granite, thats all i have to suggest with materials.
