I couldn't help but notice that a lot of your resource measurements are using the old system (e.g. 1,2, etc.) as apposed to the more precise version we're using now. Unless, of course, you built stuff out of almost nothing.

If it's something large like a machine, then it was a typo. If it's troop equipment, then it naturally takes very few resources (otherwise they would be impossible to mass-produce). For instance, I'm paying 5 metal for one bayonet helmet. That's not much by itself, but a pack of 20 will cost me 100 metal.
EDIT: If you're referring to the lists of machines, the small numbers are how many machines are made of what metal. For instance, the (2 Iron) next to the Leman Russ Conquerors mean that 2 of them are made of Iron. It'll be more apparent when some other ones made of Steel show up. So (2 Iron, 1 Steel) means that two tanks are made of Iron, and one of Steel.

I changed Scoped Rifles so that I only get two a day and they cost two resources per rifle. After writing the tech description, they seemed too powerful to get three a day and for only one resource each.
